How can I return my item?

You can return the item by post, please contact us and we will advise the return address. You will encounter the costs for delivery unless the product is found to be faulty. It is advised that you use recorded delivery for this method of returning the item to us. Please retain any proof of posting. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Any item that is being returned needs to be returned in its original packaging, with the proof of purchase and a reason for the return of the product enclosed.
